Jennifer Fierro, Assistant Property Manager with Zeller in Atlanta, Georgia, has been selected by CRE Insight Journal as one of the 10 to Watch in commercial real estate. The CRE Insight Journal 10 to Watch program recognizes the commercial real estate industry’s top early career professionals and showcases how emerging professionals are shaping the real estate industry through a variety of career pathways.

At Zeller, Jennifer plays a key role in the management of 100 Peachtree, 33 story, 622,000 square foot office property in Atlanta, where she prioritizes operational efficiency and creating a positive experience for both tenants and employees. Her responsibilities include overseeing property operations, addressing maintenance needs, and ensuring tenants are supported through prompt communication.

Jennifer’s emphasis on tenant relations has contributed to high satisfaction and retention rates. She has also been instrumental in selecting quality vendors to ensure the property remains well-maintained and environmentally sustainable. Jennifer has organized community-building activities like lunch-and-learns, book clubs, employee mixers, volunteer opportunities, and fitness classes for tenants at 100 Peachtree, which has contributed to fostering a welcoming and collaborative environment at the property.

Reflecting on her role at Zeller, Jennifer said, “My experiences have given me a strong foundation in managing properties efficiently while fostering a sense of community and sustainability. I’m excited about the opportunity to continue making a positive impact in this industry.”

Jennifer is also deeply involved in community service, serving as a mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Atlanta, where she’s been matched with her “little sister” for three years, guiding her through academic and personal challenges. “I’ve been incredibly fortunate to have had mentors in my life, and I believe it’s important to pay that forward by providing guidance to others,” Jennifer said.

She also volunteers with the Hispanic Organization Promoting Education, a nonprofit organization building communities for students to lead, serve, and thrive. As a volunteer, she has spoken at their annual conference and assisted with leadership training for school leaders. These roles allow Jennifer to inspire young people and support them in achieving their goals.

She is also actively involved with CRE industry associations, including Building Owners and Managers Association of Georgia and Commercial Real Estate Women Atlanta, where she serves on committees that support emerging professionals and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Jennifer began her tenure at Zeller as a Tenant Services Coordinator, before she was promoted to her current role as Assistant Property Manager. Prior to this, she worked in multifamily real estate as an Assistant Property Manager at RESICAP, Carroll Management Group, and Steadfast Management Company.

On the impact of real estate, Jennifer said, “Commercial real estate has an incredible opportunity to positively affect our communities. By creating well-maintained spaces, supporting local businesses, and fostering collaboration, we enhance the quality of life for tenants and the surrounding area. Through sustainable practices and community events, we create healthier, more connected spaces.”
