The CRE Insight Journal Awards celebrate excellence in commercial real estate companies and buildings. Insight from award winning entrants will be shared with the CRE Insight Journal community to inspire positive change within the real estate industry.

Real estate companies may apply to be recognized for Excellence in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Buildings may apply to be recognized for Excellence in Tenant Care; Excellence in Environmental Sustainability; and/or Excellence in Collaborative Service.

Judging Criteria:

Award submissions may include accomplishments in 2022 and/or 2023.

Answers to each question on the submission form are scored by a panel of nationally recognized real estate industry leaders. The entrant with the highest total score shall be deemed the winner. In the event of a tie, the CRE Insight Journal Editor-in-Chief shall make the final decision.

Terms and Conditions:

One award winner will be selected in each category. To submit an award application, completely fill out the award application and email it to awards@creinsightjournal.com. All applications must be submitted no later than December 13, 2023. Winners will be selected and notified by February 1, 2024.

Upon submission of an application, applicants agree to the following: All information provided in the submitted application is truthful and accurate. In the event of winning an award, entrants agree to record a video with CRE Insight Journal, which will be used in conjunction with promotion of the award winner. Award entrants provide CRE Insight Journal permission to publish, digitally, in print, and/or through social media, and in any other form, any aspects of the application including but not limited to, photographs, responses to application questions, uploaded attachments, general applicant information, and any other items submitted in conjunction with the award entry.
