CRE Insight Journal celebrates excellence in commercial real estate through two awards programs, the CRE Insight Journal Excellence Awards, and the 10 to Watch program. The CRE Insight Journal Excellence Awards celebrate excellence in commercial real estate companies, buildings, and associations, and the 10 to Watch program recognizes the industry’s top emerging professionals for their contributions and accomplishments. 

CRE Insight Journal Excellence Awards

The CRE Insight Journal Excellence Awards celebrate excellence in commercial real estate companies, buildings, and associations. Insight from award winning entrants will be shared with the CRE Insight Journal community to inspire positive change within the real estate industry.

Real estate companies may apply to be recognized for Excellence in Inclusive Leadership. Buildings may apply to be recognized for Excellence in Tenant Care; Excellence in Environmental Sustainability; and/or Excellence in Collaborative Service.

CRE Insight Journal 10 to Watch recognizes the real estate industry’s top early career professionals. The awards program tells the stories of how emerging professionals are shaping the real estate industry through a variety of career pathways.

To apply for the 10 to Watch program, applicants must fulfill the following requirements:

1. Applicants must be age 35 or younger as of October 1, 2024.
2. Applicants must be employed full-time by a real estate management or development company or have been employed in a real estate related role within a government agency, corporate facility, or other similar organization. Applicants cannot be employed by a company that primarily provides products and/or services to real estate management or development companies.
3. Applicants must have 24 months of employment (consecutive not required) with a real estate management or development company or have been employed in a real estate related role within a government agency, corporate facility, or other similar organization.

Timeline:

• Entry Deadline: September 25, 2024
• Winners Notified: No later than October 20, 2024
• Winners Announced: November 2024
