2026 10 to Watch Application

CRE Insight Journal 10 to Watch recognizes the real estate industry’s top early career professionals. The awards program tells the stories of how emerging professionals are shaping the real estate industry through a variety of career pathways.

To apply for the 10 to Watch program, applicants must fulfill the following requirements:

1. Applicants must be age 35 or younger as of September 25, 2026.
2. Applicants must be employed full-time by a real estate management or development company or have been employed in a real estate related role within a government agency, corporate facility, or other similar organization. Applicants cannot be employed by a company that primarily provides products and/or services to real estate management or development companies.
3. Applicants must have 24 months of employment (consecutive not required) with a real estate management or development company or have been employed in a real estate related role within a government agency, corporate facility, or other similar organization.
