Sydney Partee, Assistant Property Manager and Experience Presence Manager with Cushman & Wakefield in Nashville, Tennessee, has been selected by CRE Insight Journal as one of the 10 to Watch in commercial real estate. The CRE Insight Journal 10 to Watch program recognizes top early-career professionals who are shaping the future of the industry through innovation, engagement, and leadership in tenant experience and property management.
At Cushman & Wakefield, Sydney has played a pivotal role in defining and expanding tenant experience programs in the Nashville market. She initially joined as Tenant Experience Manager, creating the role from scratch by developing events, negotiating local partnerships, and delivering programming that enhanced tenant satisfaction and retention. Within her first year, her budget doubled as ownership recognized the tangible value of her initiatives. Sydney secured partnerships with more than 50 local businesses and executed over 75 tenant engagement events, from wellness programming to holiday celebrations, helping clients differentiate their assets in a competitive market.
Transitioning into an Assistant Property Manager role, Sydney expanded her contributions to include daily operations, client relations, and tenant support, ensuring seamless communication and problem-solving across her portfolio. She also emphasizes teamwork, collaborating with engineers, janitorial staff, and senior ownership to maintain high operational standards while fostering a positive, dynamic workplace.
Beyond her professional achievements, Sydney is deeply committed to volunteerism. She has served in multiple community initiatives, including canned food drives, wellness fundraisers for deaf children, farm restoration projects for elderly residents, and other hands-on service activities. Through these efforts, Sydney has learned the value of consistent service and the importance of positively impacting others’ lives, lessons that influence her professional leadership as well.
Sydney believes the real estate industry has the power to shape communities, enhance people’s lives, and protect the environment. By creating productive, engaging spaces and supporting responsible development, she works to ensure tenants thrive, neighborhoods remain connected, and buildings operate sustainably.
“Real estate is more than new construction—it’s about creating cities where people flourish, communities stay vibrant, and growth happens responsibly,” Sydney said.
