Jen Warfield with Prologis in Tampa, Florida, has been selected by CRE Insight Journal as one of the 10 to Watch in commercial real estate. The CRE Insight Journal 10 to Watch program recognizes top early-career professionals who are shaping the future of the industry through innovation, engagement, and leadership in property management.
At Prologis, Jen leads the Property Management Operations Team in Tampa, guiding the office through growth and operational transitions, particularly with newly acquired assets.
“Bringing my experience from Chicago has allowed me to strengthen operations, build new customer relationships, and help establish a strong foundation for a growing market,” Jen said.
She emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and a culture of excitement and passion, setting an example of people-first leadership.
Beyond core property management responsibilities, Jen partners with the Prologis solar team to implement renewable energy projects that support corporate Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals while improving customer satisfaction.
“I continually seek opportunities to streamline processes and adopt new technologies, ensuring that sustainability initiatives create value for both customers and the company,” Jen said.
Before joining the Tampa office, Jen spent several years in Chicago managing complex industrial portfolios. There, she developed her skills in navigating customer challenges and delivering solutions in a highly competitive environment. This experience prepared her to lead Tampa operations successfully and position the company for growth in that market.
Jen has also made significant contributions through volunteer service. She has worked with Rise Against Hunger, preparing meal kits distributed worldwide to communities in need, and Support Over Stigma, providing meal and toiletry kits for military members, veterans, and first responders.
“As someone new to Tampa, I am eager to begin volunteering locally with Feeding Tampa Bay and Habitat for Humanity of Hillsborough County,” Jen said, highlighting her commitment to making a positive community impact.
Looking ahead, Jen sees commercial real estate as uniquely positioned to shape healthier, more sustainable environments.
“Advancements in renewable energy, sustainable design, and smart building technologies allow us to reduce environmental footprints while creating spaces that serve people and communities long-term,” Jen said.
