Gybson Roth, Assistant Property Manager with Cushman & Wakefield in Nashville, Tennessee, has been selected by CRE Insight Journal as one of the 10 to Watch in commercial real estate. The CRE Insight Journal 10 to Watch program recognizes top early-career professionals who are shaping the future of the industry through innovation, engagement, and leadership in property operations.

At Cushman & Wakefield, Gybson plays a key role in both tenant experience strategy and property operations. In her current role, she oversees day-to-day building functions including vendor coordination, utility management, amenity oversight, and new tenant onboarding, while continuing to lead engagement initiatives across one of Nashville’s largest commercial properties. Her work focuses on delivering seamless service, building strong tenant relationships, and curating programs that drive connection, convenience, and retention.

Since joining the company, Gybson has led more than 100 events, expanded tenant communication platforms, and strengthened local partnerships to bring high-value amenities and services directly to the workplace.

“I built two successful engagement programs from the ground up, transforming underutilized space into vibrant communities that strengthen tenant retention, drive leasing, and elevate property value,” Gybson said.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Gybson helped launch and grow The Press, a coworking space in Clarksville, Tennessee. As Coworking Success Specialist, she oversaw daily operations, built membership engagement programs, and supported marketing and brand growth — contributing to full occupancy within the first eight months.

“Coming from an undergraduate background in Psychology, this was such a fun and exciting project to be part of,” Gybson said. “Within eight months, we fully occupied. Every office space and dedicated desk was leased, and memberships were flourishing.”

Her dedication to creating curated tenant experiences has been central to her early career success. From programming yoga classes and business-partner activations to launching tenant apps and concierge services, Gybson has worked to keep buildings vibrant, competitive, and community-focused.

“The tenant experience program has helped set us apart from market competition and given us a strong edge in leasing,” Gybson said.

Outside the workplace, Gybson is deeply committed to youth mentorship and community support. She volunteers weekly as a student ministry leader, supporting middle and high school students through mentorship and small-group programming. She has also served as a Young Life leader, guiding and supporting more than 20 high-school girls during college.

“I find it incredibly important to build up, encourage, and mentor the next generation of leaders,” Gybson said. “It was a full-circle moment when one of my former Young Life girls shared that my leadership inspired her to pursue serving others, too.”

She also serves as Co-Chair of both Cushman Cares and BOMA Nashville’s Emerging Professionals Committee, coordinating volunteer initiatives, nonprofit partnerships, and networking programs for rising CRE professionals.

Looking ahead, Gybson sees commercial real estate as a platform for connection, innovation, and community growth.

“The real estate industry has such an extensive reach,” Gybson said. “It shapes how people live, work, and connect. When we prioritize sustainability, well-being, and meaningful engagement, we create spaces that serve people and the planet long-term.”
