Adriana Siciliano, Community Manager with Stream Realty Partners in Atlanta, Georgia, has been selected by CRE Insight Journal as one of the 10 to Watch in commercial real estate. The CRE Insight Journal 10 to Watch program recognizes the industry’s top early-career professionals and highlights how emerging leaders are shaping commercial real estate through varied career pathways.
At Stream Realty Partners, Adriana serves as the face of the property for tenants and their employees, leading strategic tenant engagement initiatives and overseeing elevated amenity experiences including wellness classes, markets supporting small businesses, and community-focused activations. She develops and executes weekly communications, manages event logistics, and cultivates partnerships with vendors and brands to enhance property-wide engagement and connection. She also supports property operations, manages vendor relationships, and collaborates with marketing and public relations teams to strengthen visibility and tenant experience
“Across all roles, my goal remains consistent: to make commercial real estate spaces more connected, inclusive, and alive with opportunity,” Adriana said.
Adriana has also made significant contributions in community service. Deeply rooted in supporting underserved youth and families, she has coordinated school supply drives and worked closely with Atlanta organizations, including the Empty Stocking Fund, to assemble thousands of back-to-school kits and distribute essential items to children in need.
“Whether through hands-on service or rallying donations from peers and professional networks, I’m committed to creating opportunities and resources for children and families who need them most,” she said.
Other notable accomplishments from Adriana include contributing to the regional win and International TOBY Award nomination for Resurgens Plaza through high-impact programming and collaborative leadership.
Prior to joining Stream Realty Partners, Adriana served as Community Manager for Rubenstein Partners, where she oversaw fitness center programming, conference center operations, and tenant engagement technology; Associate Producer with Fever Originals, where she coordinated and managed event staff and maintained project budgeting and expenditures ; and Community Engagement Manager with Zeller Realty, where she led award-winning tenant engagement and neighborhood programs. She has also held roles in hospitality activation and community operations at WeWork, developing large-scale events, building partnerships, and delivering exceptional tenant programming
Looking ahead, Adriana sees real estate as a powerful platform for strengthening community connection, sustainability, and collaboration.
“Our spaces are becoming more than buildings—they’re becoming catalysts for lasting, positive change,” she said, reflecting on the industry’s role in community building and inclusive activation.
