The CRE Insight Journal 10 to Watch program application period has been extended to September 25, 2023!

This program recognizes the real estate industry’s top early career professionals. 10 to Watch tells the stories of how emerging professionals are shaping the real estate industry through a variety of career pathways.

To apply for the 10 to Watch program, applicants must fulfill the following requirements:

1. Applicants must be age 35 or younger as of October 1, 2023.
2. Applicants must be employed full-time by a real estate management or development company or have been employed in a real estate related role within a government agency, corporate facility, or other similar organization. Applicants cannot be employed by a company that primarily provides products and/or services to real estate management or development companies.
3. Applicants must have 24 months of employment (consecutive not required) with a real estate management or development company or have been employed in a real estate related role within a government agency, corporate facility, or other similar organization.

To submit your award application, complete the CRE Insight Journal 10 to Watch Application (download here). Once you have completed your application, submit it using the 10 to Watch Document Upload Form. Your submission must include the following:

• Completed Award Application
• Applicant Resume
• Professional Headshot

Applicants must receive approval from their direct supervisor to receive recognition in the 10 to Watch program. Supervisor approval must be submitted through the official Supervisor Approval Form, which is sent directly to your supervisor upon completion of the Document Upload Form.
