Everclear Enterprises is a specialty contractor providing architectural and structural restoration, preservation, waterproofing, and planned maintenance services to the commercial real estate industry.  We are engaged in multiple sectors including commercial office, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, government, education, corrections and more.  We have been in business for 26 years. Typically, our restoration division is project-oriented and works on structures such as building facades, parking decks, stadiums, fountains, planters, and hardscape features.  Our scopes include things such as structural repairs, concrete reinforcement and repairs, expansion joint systems, caulking and sealants, vertical, vehicular and pedestrian coatings, glass restoration, and more.  Our maintenance division provides regularly scheduled service contract work such as window cleaning and pressure washing.  We hold a General Contractors license in 5 southeastern states with physical offices in Atlanta and Nashville, though we typically self-perform the majority of our work. We like to say that Everclear Enterprises services everything you can see on the building façade and parking deck…except for replacing roofs and replacing windows.
